History

Established in 2014.
My family moved from Tokyo Japan to Lancaster California to open a first Japanese restaurant called Murata. My parents are gone now but here I am in Palmdale Ca to keep my family home cooking Japanese restaurant. It is a small cozy place with good food.

Owner

In 1980 we come to Lancaster California from Tokyo Japan and opened Murata Japanese restaurant. That was the first one in Lancaster and no one knew about Sushi. My parents are gone now but, here I am in Palmdale keeping my family tradition to serve home cooking style Japanese food. It has been challenging to run this business without my parents but I hope you enjoy the visit to little Tokyo in Palmdale Ca. Hatsuki M.

    The decorations are so cute and charming I am in love with the vibe of this sushi bar! I will be so happy to come back here again and bring some friends. They even have a member card for stamping each visit. Good sushi, fresh salmon. Excited to try more, they also have ramen.

    Today I had the spicy chicken ramen, you can choose mild, medium or very spicy. I choose very spicy and it was just right for me because I love spicy food. It was delicious. I highly recommend coming at lunch time between 11am-2pm they have luch specials, very affordable
